We will not make any changes or updates to your accounts while you are serving a suspension from the ServiceNow Certification Program for violations to our security policies.
I raised the tickets in Now Learning . I got this response. Tickets is also mark as completed. Can anyone explain me.

Seems SN blocked or black listed your name in certification might be SN found some illegal pratice during Exam.
Tru to raise a case with SN also to get it clarity.

This means that ServiceNow has suspended your account until further notice because they suspect you of violations of the security policies during (probably) an exam?
From what I know, these are not easy to fight. We can only guess, so this is for you to take up with ServiceNow (or, if you are working for a partner, have your company take it up with them).

If I am not wrong it's for 1 yr and yout all certs marked canceled. Bettee and quick log case in Now Learning.

I have no idea on the length, or if they are having different lenghts for different violations. You will need to check with them. I also have no idea on the certs. You certainly won't have the one on which the violations were seen, but I never cheated on tests, so I have never had to deal with this myself.

Not you or we, can do anything here, other than just wait for response on now learning case, why the account has been suspended. If you are working with partner company please involve your company SN lead to take it forward.
