How to see SN planned changes (about patch, upgrade,..) in the customer instance backend?

ServiceNow is creating their own change requests. We are replicating them customer's instance backend (manually) so that we can see it in our calendar all - internally planned changes + those planned by SN to avoid conflicts.
Is there a way how to handle this automatically? How to see changes planned by SN in the backend too?
