Hello, working on Utah and finalising an upgrade to Washington, we aim to use the expert feedback loop to improve our virtual agent quality. However, all the modifications made through this tool are reported directly into the Production environment, and we have a company internal release process ensuring the modifications have to be released from DEV to PROD through TEST and QA instances.
Did some of you already work on a process allowing to capture the modifications proposals in PROD, export them and import them in a lower instance to approve, reject or assign to another intent each captured utterance the tool was proposing in PROD.
