Digitize personal claims with seamless end-to-end automation
The November release includes some exciting developments to Financial Services Operations for Insurance, including a new out-of-the-box application that addresses a critical business need for insurers.
Insurers often rely on antiquated and siloed systems, technologies, and processes that create significant and costly gaps in their quest for a transparent and empathetic policyholder experience. Closing those gaps and unifying those systems and processes is key to the success of their business, and ServiceNow is making that possible.
Personal Lines Claims:
The claims journey involves many different personas and disparate systems, which often leads to delays in claims processing and a lack of transparency. Claims adjusters and managers have little to no background on claims cases or their history, and policyholders have no insight into the claim status.
With the Personal Lines Claims application, insurance carriers can provide the digital, transparent, and intuitive claims journey that customers expect.
This application extends our claims capabilities, further building on the foundation we have in place that can solve for any type of claim. Whether carriers are processing for auto, homeowners, renters, or any of the other many types of personal claims, this application offers numerous impactful benefits including:
- Ensure claims files are always current with pertinent information through efficient data transfer between personas
- Help improve customer satisfaction with real-time visibility into claims status
- Increase straight-through processing from FNOL through settlement with intelligent assignment, minimizing manual work and paper files, helping reduce costs
- Expedite adjudication and proactively ensure SLA compliance with embedded controls
- Leverage curated workspaces to compile claims related information in one centralized location
