Create a new CLO case

Hello all,

 

We’ve successfully installed Financial Services Operations (FSO) on our vendor instance, along with the related applications:

🔹 ServiceNow® Financial Services Business Lifecycle

🔹 ServiceNow® Financial Services Client Lifecycle

— including the demo data.

 

While we can view existing CLO cases, there is currently no option to create a new CLO case, even when impersonating demo users associated with the sample data.

 

Could you please advise:

1. What is the correct method to create new CLO or ALO cases?

2. Do we need to use a specific Record Producer, form, or portal entry point?

3. Are there any roles, ACLs, or configurations we need to apply to allow case creation (either manually or programmatically)?

Hello! Are you looking in the Workspace? There should be a UI action labeled 'New' in the list view of the Client Lifecycle Cases list. If you don't see this, please raise a support ticket for further assistance. Thank you.
