Fields are non-editable/not taking user input on playbook activity form in CSM/FSM workspace

Hi,
I have created custom activity called "Justification" on Complaint Service Playbook and I've used "complaint management form" as a activity definition. But fields on custom activity "Justification" form are non-editable to all users including admin and playbook is not moving to next stage.
OOB activities ie. "Assign Case" used in previous stages of playbook are working fine and fields are editable by users.

Hello - thanks for your question.
The correct access rights must be given on the activity action in order to make the playbook page editable.
