How to add specific view For List Edit through pencil icon in workspace

Hi Everyone,

I need to add specific view when pencil icon was clicked in the List. Need to force the specific form open at the right side as per below screenshot.

Any solutions are much appreciated.

when user clicks Pencil icon, the view rules don't work there. behind the scene in UI builder it always use Service Operations Workspace view
