Hi OG4,
You are doing all the right things, What I would suggest is that you keep your PDI active and keep practicing to improve your skills. Looking at questions and answers in the community can help you. You should also give some thought as to what type of organization you are looking to join. There are three basic categories, customers, partners and ServiceNow. From what I've seen, both ServiceNow and many of the partners are actively looking for new talent and in some cases are willing to hire people with little to no experience. Have you looked at the various websites (ServiceNow and partners) to find opportunities? You might also look to do some networking with existing users to gain insights that you can't get from classes and possibly get an introduction to an organization that is looking to hire.
