Please help in understand if there are any ways to allow the Requestor to upload documents, post Submission of Request directly to the required task or Particular field via CSM or CSP Portal.
If any OOB functionality is available in ServiceNow to achieve the above action.
Or please share the inputs for Customization as well, if possible.
