Cause
Due to increased security for FedRAMP customers of IL4, all email notification pertaining to cases will now have contents removed and replaced with message: 'Hidden for security reasons'. Emails for IL4 FedRAMP customers will only serve to notify customers that an update to the case has occurred. To view the actual update the customer will need to view the case directly on Hi.
Resolution
Due to security constraints imposed for IL4 FedRAMP customers, emails will no longer contain sensitive information pertaining to a case that involves a FedRAMP customer. Emails will only server as notice that an update to the case has occurred and that to view the new information the case must be viewed directly.
