The GRC/IRM Business Unit conducts quarterly roadmap sessions to talk about what is coming in the future. You must be given access to this group. It is a private group. Customers, Partners and employees are welcome. The administrator coordinating this group will NOT accept generic email addresses (like gmail or aol).

Expand the Entitlements section of the GRC Product Hub to find this:

@Community Alums - I think your request got submitted.  The admin needs to approve it.

I am checking with the Community team to see if we can have the red box messages be more helpful.

Hi Jan, please, where can I find the link to access the Entitlements section?

@PettersonS - start by navigating to the GRC product page on the community - here is the link

https://www.servicenow.com/community/grc/ct-p/governance-risk-compliance

The product home pages got reorganized a while back. Now to get access to the roadmap sessions, select Resources from the Horizontal menu bar (Hot Topics, Getting Started.... Resources)

There will be several blocks that come up under the heading Resources. The first one I see is Release Notes.

Use the arrow above these blocks and to the far right to move them over and you will find one called Risk Roadmap. That is where you go to get access to the private roadmap group.

Remember you need to be using a non-generic email domain. Emails from gmail and yahoo will not be granted access. This is for ServiceNow employees, customers, and partners.

I submitted last July & still have not been granted access. I have my work email address in my profile, and my employer is a partner, so I can't figure out why it hasn't been approved.

@AU_Tygra - send me an email at jan.spurlin@servicenow.com.  I need the email address associated with this account.  From there I can investigate.
