Hello GRC Community! We had a successful release this past month. Here is what you should look out for in the store.

 

  1. SIG Questionnaire Integration (VRM)

The ServiceNow GRC: SIG Questionnaire Integration application provides integration of the Santa Fe Group's Standardized Information Gathering (SIG) questionnaire with the Vendor Risk Management application.  The vendor contact can upload the pre-filled SIG spreadsheet or take a form-based questionnaire that gets imported to the instance through this integration. The supported SIG questionnaires are available in the GRC: SIG Questionnaire application on the store.

  1. Crisis Management Integration with Everbridge (BCM)

Create and send emergency communications to employees and stakeholders via multiple communication channels. Emergency communications are a key part of crisis management that enables organizations to provide guidance and maintain transparency during crisis events. This capability enables communication before, during, and after crisis events via integration with 'EverBridge'.

  • Create and maintain contact information for emergency communication
  • Send emergency notifications via multiple channels
  • Track responses for the sent notifications in the context of crisis events
  • Easy to set up, configurable, and robust integration with error handling mechanisms
