- IRM Risk Identification Agent: Part of the Risk Management app, this new agent suggests risks for an entity based on its context, internal risk library, and external knowledge by an AI agent. It uses a conversational experience with users to automatically pull relevant context, identify key risk domains, and produce insights from internal libraries and external sources. This ensures consistent, comprehensive, and up-to-date risk coverage across entities while reducing manual effort and duplication. Demo
- IRM Issue Submission Agent. The new agentic AI capability is called the Issue Submission Agent. It enables employees to create GRC issues in the employee portal. AI agents then analyze the submitted details and compile an issue record for GRC review and action. Demo
- IRM Policy and Compliance - Control Objective Change Management Agent: AI suggests control objectives to be updated when a citation changes, then enables users to update them in the agent and eliminates the need to manually review, track, and reconcile citation changes. In addition, the demo will cover how controls can be associated directly to citations without requiring control objectives. Demo
- IRM: Regulatory Change Mgmt.: Regulatory Alerts Analysis using Agentic AI (only). This agentic AI-enabled capability helps reduce the manual effort required to fully understand regulatory change alerts. It automatically provides AI-driven insights for regulatory alerts from external content. Enriched summaries highlight key insights for quickly setting the context of an alert's impact on a regulatory program. Demo

- Agentic AI – Regulatory alerts analysis: AI scans citation changes to determine the relevance and effect on the linked control objective, extracting key insights for quick context setting

- Regulatory Mapping with AI (Policy Recommendation) AI-driven insights are derived from regulatory content alerts from external content
- IRM: Model Risk Management: This long-awaited feature proactively identifies, assesses, validates, and addresses risks in quantitative models (like credit scoring, pricing, or financial forecasting algorithms) throughout their lifecycles. The centralized framework brings consistent model oversight to improve quality, accelerate remediation, and strengthen regulatory confidence. Demo
- Third-Party Risk Mgmt. AI Smart Document Voice Assist: Catch the demo of these two new ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) agentic AI capabilities: Conversational experience to generate document summaries, insights, etc., and voice commands that turn document review and analysis into an immersive experience. - Third-Party Risk Management - Document Management: Single repository within TPRM for all third-party documents, giving TPRM managers the ability to upload, manage, and reuse documents across engagements, assessments, issues, and issue tasks Demo
- Privacy Management - Personal Data Rights (PDR) Request externally facing form: Secure, user-friendly mechanism enables external requesters to initiate PDRs without logging into a system. Identity verification utilizes email-based, one-time password (OTP) authentication. Demo
- Business Continuity Management (BCM) – Mobile: When employees are away from their computers, they can still access and download their business continuity and disaster recovery plans as PDF files for offline viewing on a cell phone during emergencies. Demo
- AI Control Tower – AI Gateway: A new feature set for Model Context Protocol (MCP) is now integrated into AI Control Tower. MCP provides governance for agentic workflows that flow across multiple platforms and require governance so that organizations can actively manage, govern, and observe their MCP traffic. Demo
