AI Control Tower Workspace: 'Start' button not visible after clicking 'Take Assessment'.

After clicking 'Take Assessment' in AI Control Tower, the Start button is not displayed and the page shows 'Thanks for completing the Assessment' even though the assessment has not been started.

Can you confirm whether all your installed plugins are up-to-dated.

Resolution

Upgrade all the Smart Assessment plugins to the same version.
