Audit Engagement Scope

Hi

Can someone provide an example on what you include in Audit Engagement Scope. Right now we're modifying that instead of adding entities we're adding control objectives instead.

Scope of an engagement is used to define what entities are part of the audit. Idea behind this is to answer below questions

What are you trying to assess ? ---> Scope

What is the current state of the entities ---> Validate

So Primarily you decide on what you want to assess in an engagement in scope stage and validate what controls/risks are associated with it in validate state.
