We are a rather new BigID client and are trying to solve an issue with the IRM Ticketing app. We are unable to see any SN users in the Create Ticket form for either Opened by or Triage Owner. Our SN Admin has confirmed that we have read access to the ServiceNow account user table. I get the same issue in both IRM and ITSM Create Ticket.
We need to get this solved, as our remediation cases are stacking up.
Also, does anyone think it's a good idea to also use IRM Ticketing to assign risk assessments? If so, please vote on my idea in the BigID Ideas portal: ASSESSMENT-I-83
