I created a Control Attestation Template using Smart Assessments. Initially, I was able to create attestations without any issues. However, after accidentally physically deleting the Control Attestation Template, attestations with the newly created Control Attestation Template are no longer created, even though the status changes to Attest.
We understand that the Smart Assessment template should not have been deleted, but could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Thank you for replying
But it might be about classic attestation.I‘d like to know the solution for smart assessment.
I restored deleted template records but it didn’t work.

As i dont know what kind of "restored" you mean (rollback, new creartion, and so on...):
- go check if the sys_id of the attestation template on the control objective records is the right one.
- go check if not only the record of the smart attestation was "restored", but also "published"
If you cant solve the problem, please provide screenshots of:
- Control Objective (at least attestation template field)
- Control (same, and also state)
- Smart Attestation in the Assessment Workshop
and "accepted solutions"This motivates others to take part, post solutions and find answers. Thanks! - Mat

In other words: "I have no idea what you're asking but here's a random link that came up when I googled some of the words in your question."
