Hi Team,
I have a requirement to add a new status, Partially Compliant, to the existing GRC Attestation options (Compliant and Non-Compliant).
When a user selects Partially Compliant during the attestation process, I need the following updates to happen automatically:
The Compliance Score should be updated to 50%.
The related Control (sn_compliance_control) status should be updated to Partially Compliant.
The related Control Objective should also reflect the appropriate compliance status and score.
Could anyone please help me understand how to configure this requirement in ServiceNow? Specifically, I would like to know which tables and functionalities (such as Business Rules, Flow Designer, or Attestation configuration) should be used to achieve this.
