Control attestation not created

I created a Control Attestation Template using Smart Assessments. Initially, I was able to create attestations without any issues. However, after accidentally physically deleting the Control Attestation Template, attestations with the newly created Control Attestation Template are no longer created, even though the status changes to Attest.
We understand that the Smart Assessment template should not have been deleted, but could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Hello sir, is it not allowed to google something or brush up on knowledge that someone doesn’t know? at least I am being honest that I have no idea even though I worked on GRC for a client instead of pretending I know everything 👍😉
