Control to Monitor with no Attestation

I have a control for which we have done a control test via an Engagement. We do not wish to do an Attestation. Is there a way to move the control from "Draft" to "Monitor" without triggering an Attestation?

Yes, remove the attestation from the control record and you should be able to skip the attest state.
