Data visualization does not show any data.

Hello everyone, I’m having an issue when trying to display data in a Data Visualization. I’m building one from the cmdb_rel_ci table, and when I try to show any data from the parent field related to cmdb_ci_business_app, the data shows up as null or empty. Does anyone know why this happens? I’m attaching an image of the issues the table is giving me. Thanks a lot.

Parent is a reference field; from the sys_class_name field I can’t retrieve the fields I need.

When i create de data source of the table, how can i put in a simple list, when i create every time creates like a single score.

You maybe trying to add indicator, choose visualization type as 'list' and try adding table 'cmdb_ci' from data source.
