Default query in GRC ServiceNow

Hello,

 

Unable to find backend configuration for attached filter. This filter is visible to all user and users are unable to remove the filter.

Could you please help me like where i can see the backend configuration for this as i need to remove this filters.

Hi @Shweta Maurya ,

From where are you navigating to reach to this Related list?

Moreover, this is a custom filter been used. It's called as "Default Filter", to remove you can Go to list control and bring "Edit default filter" to the form and make it empty as shown below

As you explained above, I checked,  in my case for this Action plan table nothing is present in 'edit default filter' list.

Could you please provide a more detailed screenshot?

Hi @Shweta Maurya ,

Then, do reverse engineering, create a default simple filter :

  1. Navigate to the related list (you can consider your action table).
  2. Create the desired filter using the condition builder (example, [Active] [is] [true])
  3. Click Set as Default Filter.
