We need to filter L4 Compliance Risks (sn_risk_risk) by Legal Entity (sn_grc_profile where class = Legal Entity) in Platform Analytics dashboard.
The Risk instance (sn_risk_risk) references a direct Entity, but this is often a downstream RAU/Business Entity class like Unit/Business Segment. The Legal Entity can exist several levels upstream in sn_grc_m2m_profile_profile, with potentially many-to-many relationships.
Our Sandbox POC derives the upstream Legal Entities and stores them in a custom Risk Glide List field maintained through a Script Include and async Business Rule. The solution works but introduces customization and reconciliation requirements.
Is there an OOB ServiceNow approach that avoids persisting this derived relationship on the Risk?
For example
OOB Risk-to-Legal-Entity relationship/M2M
Platform Analytics hierarchical filtering or breakdown
Dynamic filter/database view
Another supported IRM hierarchy capability
The solution also needs to support native Risk Workspace drilldown and account for Entity hierarchy changes.
