Experiencing issue with CAM display of 'State' ribbon

Dear Team,
I am reaching out to seek your expertise regarding an issue I am experiencing with the installation of the CAM plugin. Despite multiple attempts to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, I have not been successful in resolving the problem. The specific issue pertains to the absence of the 'State' ribbon, which should appear on both the authorization boundary and authorization package landing pages within CAM.
To provide clarity, I have attached a screenshot comparing my firm's sandbox environment with the PDI for your reference.
If any of you have encountered a similar issue or have insights into potential solutions, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello Mohit,

 

It appears that the entire overview tab is missing, not just the 'State' ribbon. I suggest raising a support ticket for this issue so that a team member can access your instance and assist with resolving it.
