Hello Team,
There is a scenario, where Smart Assessment and Legacy assessment have a different set of contents, hence user wanted when he/she will click on "Generate PDF" button then if it is Legacy assessment then it should give different content and if it is Smart Assessment then it should give different content while PDF has been generated. We can create a different HTML template with different contents but how it will accrediate with UI Action = Generate PDF how that UI action will understand whether the record is belongs wo which type of assessment and what content it should show after Generating the PDF.

Hi @himanshus4 - Depending on how far you need to take this, you may want to check out Yansa Labs certified app on the ServiceNow Store. It offers some conditional behaviors for what templates are available to the end user. Beyond that, there is a UI wherein your technicians can select the template they want, and even edit the content on-the-fly at PDF generation time. It's quite flexible for these types of implementations. You can try it out for free in a sub-prod instance if you think it would help. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any questions.
