Field recommendation with Task intelligence

Hi,

I have previously set up task intelligence on service offering field as per image, in service operations workspace. 

However I am now struggling to replicate it and it seems as though I have missed a part of the configuration out. 

How would i go about adding the top suggestions to the field via task intelligence, seems as though the model is stuck in a waiting to train state.

is that AI skill or where did you set the task intelligence?

Perhaps it is personalised option for each unique user.. try impersonation to see if the values in top suggestions differ..
