Generate an assessment based on the response of another assessment.

Hi All,

We are using VRM we have a requirement to generate an assessment based on the response of another assessment.

For eg:

Assessment A has sent to vendor with a questionnaire and for a particular question in that they have responded 'Yes', then assessment A should be sent to the vendor again. No need to send assessment B if the response is No.

Please let me know if anyone made the customizations for the same.
