We currently have PCI 3.0 citations in our instance. I have been asked to find out when PCI 4.0 will be available from ServiceNow or a vendor. Anyone have an insight?

@Christine C I doubt if anyone other than ServiceNow support can comment on this topic. Please raise a case with ServiceNow support at https://support.servicenow.com/ and get the details from them.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput - Not correct. Authority documents such as PCI are provided by a third party, not ServiceNow, so SN Support won't be able to help in this case.

Hello Christine,
For authority documents downloads to an instance, I am only aware of the UCF integration feature. When searching the list of available authority documents with UCF to auto import, I do not see PCI listed. https://www.unifiedcompliance.com/products/search-authority-documents/?tab=geo&search-authdoc=CPI&be...
My assumption is that the newest available list of PCI citations will have to be manually imported via a transform map or import template from the PCI Document Library. https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/document_library/

Hi @Christine C - Further on @patrickfedigan's answer: PCI 4.0 is available via UCF:
(Patrick, the search link you provided just wasn't quite right to surface the result.)
