How do I change or default the landing page for users?

Dear experts,

I have included an ITIL role for an user but I would like to change the default landing page to the task page instead of this page that I am currently viewing from his view. How do I do so?

which workspace is this?

There must be different landing pages under that workspace and each landing page has an audience tied to it.
