How do I configure Green, Ember and Red thresholds in Risk indicators?

Dear experts,

I would like to have a target tier of Green, Amber and Red thresholds in the Risk Indicator. But currently the target is just one fields but I wish to have three fields of green, amber and red. And the result is just passed or failed. So how do i implement this in the current Risk Indicator module? And for the target type can we also add in more target types like Monetary value?

The only way I've personally seen that done is through PA Indicators in Analytics Hub. I don't believe it's possible with straight Risk Indicators.

But this is actually KPI, not the KRI that I am looking for.

@ChuanYanF - Indicators only support a binary result (Pass / Fail), Whereas Metrics support threshold based, range-oriented results where you can define your Green, Amber, Red ranges based on thresholds of each range.

You can associate a risk or control with a PA Indicator. Not sure if that helps with your issue though.

Hi @ChuanYanF ,

Defining thresholds is available only in metrics capability not in indicators. And you can have metrics capability defined even in the classic UI experience as well. In metrics, define your KRIs with the required thresholds. OOB we support defining two thresholds Amber and red. Please refer this documentation for additional details.

To configure metrics in classic UI experience, go to the ALL navigator and follow the steps defined in the above documentation.
