How to create a role-based dashboard for Risk and Control reports?

Hello Community,

I am working on a requirement where Risk Managers, Risk Users, and Risk Owners need to access a single dashboard that displays Risk and Control reports relevant to their roles.

Currently, the Risk and Control reports already exist and are filtered based on specific criteria. There is also an existing X dashboard where these reports need to be placed under a specific tab. I also getting isuue to add that existing reports to dashboard , im not sure its scope issue or not .

The expected behavior is:

  • A Risk Manager should see Risk and Control reports relevant to the Risk Manager role.

  • A Risk User should see Risk and Control reports relevant to the Risk User role.

  • A Risk Owner should see Risk and Control reports relevant to the Risk Owner role.

Each user should be able to navigate to the same dashboard but view only the reports applicable to their group or role.

@adityahubli

it's limitation I believe

So try to create reports in same scope as that of your dashboard

Hi,

if you are doing this in the workspace and there are a few more changes to what people should see, you might want to make use of "page variants" where the same page looks different for specific user (-roles).

Creating variants is quite easy and enables you to tailor different dashboard-views, based on permissions and roles.
