I want to override OOB ACL

Hi guys I want to override OOB ACL, UI policies and Other rules, scripts etc when State is REview Close completed and Incompleted assined to and issue manager on sn_grc_issue table have access to Edit the form

then ensure you have your own Table.None WRITE ACL with your condition

Even if 1 Table level ACL passes it will allow

but ensure the same for Table.* ACL

I ready  try this thing this logic is not working i think it is because due to field level ACLs each field have their own acl and condtion they cannot overide with over logic and it return false
