IRM Control Tower..where can I find it?

Where can I find this dashboard? I see it on the IRM product page but struggling how to find this IRM control tower in my instance.

the screenshot comes from the so-called "CRO Dashboard" and is available from the Store: https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/caabafaa1b246a50a85b16db234bcb3c 

It's not directly related to the IRM product but an individual offering.
