Menu side is hidden

I cannot find the left-handed menu side, which I cannot identify why it is hidden. Please suggest. Thank you so much

Hi @JarurampaiK ,

 

Look for the "Pin" icon: In the current Next Experience UI, the left-hand menu often appears temporarily when you hover over the far left side or click the "All" or "Favorites" tabs at the top of the screen. To make it stay, look for a pin icon (it looks like a thumbtack) at the top of the navigation panel that appears, and click it to pin the menu in place

may be it's because of that Pin.

Click on All and click on Pin All menu

I mean I cannot find this tab, in the Business Continuity workspace... please help me

role issue.

how about admin user?

Did you check the role for the user you are testing?

Try to ask that user to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login and then visit workspace
