Need to trigger the Ritm based on the attestation response

I need to raise the RITM based on a yes/no variable within the attestation form. Depending on the user's response, if "Yes" is selected, the RITM should be triggered. Additionally, I want to pass the values from the attestation response to specific variables within the catalog item. How can I accomplish this?

the responses of an attestation are stored in /asmt_assessment_instance_question table please check it out once.
