Error message : Part of the query on sys_user has been ignored because of insufficient access for 'query_range' operation on sys_user.email

Note : Working nice from Native view with the same users but facing issue from the "Audit workspace" only.

@Shantharao

workaround

-> create query_range ACL for sys_user.email and add Audit related roles

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar
Thanks for your response, my client is not allowing me to create a custom ACL and
They are expecting proper reason and justification to proceed further
Could you please explain me the correct reason why that error is appearing only on the workspace
To convince the client for the custom ACL creation
Thanks

@Shantharao

that's because of May 2025 security update from ServiceNow

Please check the docs for the same and give justification to customer
