I would like to know the entire Privacy Management workflow. As per my understanding is that initial screening assessment can be created followed up by the PIA assessment?, but once I move my processing activities to "discover" state, it automatically created the PIA not the screening Assessment

Hi @PrashantM814706  - The entire purpose of screening assessment is to know whether Processing Activity needs to be created or not. Generally, the screening assessment is done at entity level and only if you get the answer that personal data is being processed, then Processing Activity gets automatically created(Assessment state= Closed complete).
When you already know that Processing Activity needs to be created there is no definite need to do a screening you can directly run a PIA. There is a underlying flow that gets triggered whenever you move the Processing Activity from New to Discover, you can modify this based on your exact workflow.
