Hi All, I got below requirements for BCM module , I see the recovery tier logic is inside of BIAScoringUtilBase script include.
"The formula for Recovery Tier calculation should be adjusted to incorporate Adjusted RTO field value. The new logic should be:
1. If the Adjusted RTO field is populated, the Recovery Tier value should be calculated based on Adjusted RTO field
2. If the Adjusted RTO field is empty, the Recovery Tier should be calculated based on Recovery Time Objective field
3. If both Recovery Time Objective and Adjusted RTO fields are empty, Recovery Tier field should also be empty"
is there any alternative way to meet the requierements without touching BIAScoringUtilBase script?
