Hi community,
Hope that if you're reading this, you're doing well. I'm doing a Regulatory Change Management implementation and I'm thinking about using Smart Assessments instead of Risk Assessments because my client doesn't really have a Risk Assessment form that they are currently using, they have a simple "What's the likelyhood of this change impacting your business area? (No impact, low, moderate, high)".
With the new recent functionality, Automations and Scoring was released for Smart Assessments. I haven't figured out how to pull the score of an assessment down to an Automation type (subflow). I also tried passing the reference of the Smart Assessment instance but I could not manage this either.
Can someone please give any insights on the following two questions:
- What is preferred when it comes to assessing the impact of a change?
- How can I pass the score achieved on the Smart Assessment to an Automation type?
- How can I pass the risk assessment instance reference to an Automation type?
Thank you to anyone that replies!

Hi Shivpoojan,
No definitive answer just yet unfortunately.
