Related list is not showing on the Form

Hi All,

I have a issue record where parent_issue is the reference field to the issue table.

Problem here is child Issue related list is added to the form but it is not showing.

Hi @jitusingh,

 

how do you relate these records? A reference field or any other method?

 

Eventually check Configure > Related lists and check if this is the correct one

Hi @jitusingh ,

I encountered the same issue earlier in the sn_grc_issue table.

Here’s what worked for me:

  1. Go to the Related List from configuration and check (Issue → Parent Issues).

  2. Verify whether the view of the issue matches the related record. If it does, the related list should appear.

  3. If it still doesn’t show up, try removing it from the selected record, re‑add it, and then save the related list configuration. This should resolve the issue.
