Eventually check Configure > Related lists and check if this is the correct one

I encountered the same issue earlier in the sn_grc_issue table.
Here’s what worked for me:
Go to the Related List from configuration and check (Issue → Parent Issues).
Verify whether the view of the issue matches the related record. If it does, the related list should appear.
If it still doesn’t show up, try removing it from the selected record, re‑add it, and then save the related list configuration. This should resolve the issue.
