Risk Register (Qualitative Scoring)

I have a requirement as below:  How do I make the scoring from Quantitative Scoring to Qualitative Scoring

I.                   Scope

A.                  Business Need

There is a need to have a functioning risk register in ServiceNow. This is part of the IRM module, but in order to get it working we need to make a few modifications.

I.                List Of Requirements

1. 1. 1. Risk Scoring
         1. Risk scoring within the IRM module currently uses quantitative ($ amount) scoring. This needs to be updated from quantitative to qualitative scoring.
            1.        
         2. Risk Dashboard
            1. Risk Tracking
               1.       The risk dashboard should be updated to include a table to track the residual risk of items in the risk registry
                  1. Table should show graphically the count of risk entries of each residual risk level.
               2. Risk Tolerance
                  1.       An additional table should be created to show any risk entries that have a residual risk > than moderate (High or Very High)

I have not done anything so far, Base on my research, do I have to update the $figures meanwhile the field type is currency 

I need direction on what to do. I'm new on IRM modules
