Risk Response tasks

OOTB -

Can we create multiple risk responses of a single response type while it is active or even if it closed. Because I believe the assessment will move forward to monitor after it is closed right?

Also just one response per risk assessment and do we have an ability to map all response tasks linked to the risk , obviously performed through different assessments?

Regading multiple risk responses task for the single response, this is not possible. The best practices is to maintain one single parent risk response task (Acceptance, Mitigate, Transfer or Avoid) and then under the parent task, you can create multiple Risk Response Action Items. 

Answering to mapping all response tasks linked to risk, this is not possible in OOB.
