Set Actions in Smart Assessment Engine of Assessment Workspace

Hi @everyone,

I am new to using Smart Assessment Engine in Assessment Workspace for GRC.

Facing an issue while trying to add fields in "Set Action" dialog box. I am unable to use and select the data pill to select my field. For now, I am adding the field values manually, but I guess this isn't the right way.

Attaching screenshot for reference, can anyone help me out with what can be the issue behind this?

As of the Feb'25 release of the Post Assessment Actions feature, we are only supporting the following question types to be used dynamically in action inputs: Text, Date/time, Number and Reference.

I believe the question "Impact of event?" does not belong to one of these types, and that's why it is disabled.

@Utsav Murarka can you please help i need to show one dependent question when it's above question was answered as partial/complete, that system needs to check other table data( central table asset field has specific value) in smart assessment form please help i am new to GRC

Hi @harinya ,

To make a question dependent on the response to another question, you can use the "Make conditionally visible" option (https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/assessment-eng...), and configure the required dependent condition.

As of the current release of Smart Assessments, you can only do this based on response of a previous question, and not based on some other tables data.
