Should all published RAMs show in Risk Workspace drop-down list?

On the Risk Workspace the drop-down list for the Risk Assessment Methodology is showing 4 options for me; however, we have 8 published RAMs active in the instance. My understanding was that all published RAMs should be available for selection on the Risk Workspace.

Am I mistaken, or have I just failed to do something to make this available on the workspace?

The expected configuration are 

1) Advanced Risk Plugging should be installed.

2)  Sys Property 'sn_risk_advanced.migrate_to_advanced_risk' should be 'true'

3)  RAM State should be 2 (Published)

4)  Assessed_on value should be 0 (Assess should be Risk, not Object) 

These are the conditions that is being checked for populating the RAM values to the workspace dropdown values.
