Smart Assessment - On which table is smart assessment responses stored?

I have a requirement to use responses from smart assessments & transform it into a dashboard with so that the control owners can view it. It also needs some key performance indicators/risk indicators to calculate against a defined benchmark.
I see scoring can be done for smart assessment but I dont see how it will help achieve this requirement? Also the above requirement is feasible or not?

@AkrityP the table the question responses are stored in is sn_smart_asmt_question_instance. You can point KRIs at this table like any other table if you want to report on how people are reporting on specific questions. You may want to define an automatic metric definition to automatically gather the data in point in time snapshots if you want as well
