Unable to install latest GRC in Australia PDI

I recently upgraded my PDI to Australia and am attempting to install the latest IRM version, but there is a blocked dependancy that has several nested children that are also blocked.  Will we be able to test the latest GRC products in the PDI or is that going to be a thing of the past?

It's a big problem now since Australia release, lots of people are facing this issue including me.
