We are experiencing an issue with External Assessments in our instance.
Issue Description
When creating or editing an External Assessment that uses the Smart Assessment type, we navigate to the Questionnaire Templates related list and click the Add button. However, instead of displaying the available questionnaire templates, the modal window shows the following error:
Unable to load list
As a result, we are unable to add any questionnaire templates to the Smart Assessment.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to External Assessments.
- Open or create a Smart Assessment type External Assessment.
- Go to the Questionnaire Templates related list.
- Click Add.
- The modal opens but displays "Unable to load list" instead of loading the available records.
