Hi all,
We are working with the Privacy Management application, and we’ve noticed that the Processing Activities section is not displaying any content.
Before we troubleshoot further, I’d like to understand whether this issue could be related to a missing or undefined component in UI Builder.
Has anyone experienced Processing Activities not loading because the associated component/widget wasn’t configured or added in UI Builder?
If not UI Builder, are there other configurations, roles, or data prerequisites that typically control visibility of Processing Activities?
Any guidance or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

HI @SaiManaswiA ,
Check if you have correct roles , the role required is sn_privacy.analyst or sn_privacy.manager.
To verify , if you have the correct role or not, you can simply go to navigator in native UI and type : sn_privacy_processing_activity.LIST
If you can access this list view, then you can see the processing activity section data.

Hi, thanks for the response. I’m already an active Privacy Admin, and I’m able to view the Processing Activities on the UI page without any issues. My question is specifically about the Workspace, not the UI. On the Workspace overview, I’m unable to see the expected content.
