What access does a BCM Admin have within ServiceNow?

I am looking for some help as a BCM Administrator, we are finding that we need to go through our SN Administrators to do simple process like added and removing users and creating reports along with changes how our users have access to features in the BCM modules. Is this common or should a BCM administrator have the access to do everything they need to within the BCM module. How do other shops have this setup. Thanks for any advice or recommendations.

HI @Danj93 - i am looking for same administrative things for BCM Admins. Could you please help me with same if you have implemented or found any roles to achieve this?

We were pursuing the sub-Suto SN Admin option, but with our SN Admins would not give us the option. So we ended up just working with them on access to tables we need to - We are also getting one of our BCM admins - Certified with the Developer certification, then we will be able to get the SN Admin access. Of course, this is just the environment we are in. I would recommend pursuing the sub-Suto SN Admin with your SN Admin team.
